• We are a reseller and do not manufacture or stock the products listed on our website.
  
• Once an order is placed, it is submitted directly to the supplier or manufacturer for fulfillment.
  
• Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days, unless otherwise specified.
  
• Shipping timelines are determined by our suppliers and may vary depending on the product and destination.
  
• Tracking information will be provided upon request.
  

2. Cancellations

• Due to our relationship with third-party suppliers, orders cannot be canceled once they are submitted for fulfillment.
  
• If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will do our best to honor your request if the order has not yet been processed.
  
• We are unable to guarantee cancellations on orders already in progress or shipped.
  

3. Returns and Refunds

• Return and refund policies are subject to the individual supplier’s terms. As a reseller, we must adhere to those policies.
  
• In general, returns are only accepted for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped.
